Delete Link

DELETE /api/v1/links/{linkID}

Permanently removes a link from the topology. Engineer or admin. The UI restricts this to down or stale links, but the API itself does not enforce a state check — the confirmation dialog is considered sufficient.

Response: 204 No Content

Error responses:

• 401 Unauthorized -- Missing or invalid access token
• 403 Forbidden -- Non-admin user
• 404 Not Found -- Link does not exist
